Open mouthed and big eyed, the description for Fraser’s audience as he told us of his amazing adventure climbing Aconcagua, in Argentina. What a story and Fraser not ashamed to tell us that everyone in his group were in tears on the summit because they had finally made it to the top. It took them 4 hours to travel the final 2oom because of the conditions. Coming from Shetland, one thing that did not bother him was the wind! At school, we always start our day with a drink of water so it was interesting to learn how much water they had to drink every day to keep themselves hydrated.
Another pupil has chickenpox, three down and two to go. The shields are looking good. Hopefully a photo tomorrow.
Mrs Coutts has had a busy and successful weekend in Orkney helping to deliver the Coaching and Mentoring course.
