Uyeasound School is the lead story in the Scottish Health Promoting Schools’ newsletter.There is a beautiful picture of the playground.This newsletter is distributed to every school in Scotland.

We have submitted our playground for the annual Environmental Awards here in Shetland .Here’s hoping!

 This is Max’s last day with us.He had the choice to bake or take everyone on a walk.As it is a fine calm day he opted for the latter.In Shetland this is often called a day between weathers.The calm before the storm.Bye Max it was good having you here.

I saw the Health Promoting Schools newsletter. Dorothy Denham from Roslin Primary School who has met Mrs Coutts had heard the story about the playground and recognised it immediately. It looks great.
