Police visit

Today we had a visit from the police to take the details of our E-bay fiasco.The phonecalls are still happening but at least now if people report it to their local police station their computer verifies we are a school.There seems to be alot of disappointed people out there.

 Other than that it was a normal winter Wednesday.Howling gale and lashing rain.A good day for bacon rolls at breakfast club.North Easterly so it was cold.Turned the heating up.Pupils using wellies and thick jackets.I will try and not turn this blog into a weather report.

We have a new QIO his name is Jerry Edwards.We know him well and are looking forward to working with him.

The E-Bay fiasco must have been a real nuisance.

Hope you had an enjoyable holiday and the weather allowed you to get out and about. Our weather is warming up nicey and we are looking forward to summer.

We had a great weekend. We paddled our kayaks out to a small island (it’s mainly mangroves with a small sandy beach) in the harbour, lit a bon fire, cooked our tea on the fire and then let off some fire works before paddling back in the dark. It was a full moon with not even a breeze. The water was like glass and the outgoing tide was going the same way as us so it was a very easy paddle. We got home about 1.00am! I have just emailed Mrs Priest some photos so she may show you them.
